Filming Oxford Street in London isn’t easy. Not only can it be busy with crowds, you’re restricted by how you can film so it is important to know what you can and cannot do. For example, while it’s perfectly legal to film on the street, you’re not allowed to use a tripod as it blocks the highway. It’s always best to let the Met Police know that you’re going to be filming.

So we cheated, and used a clamp we normally attach to car windscreens to get driver shots on to the side of windows, wall and telephone boxes. We got some great timelapse stuff out of it!
