Client:
Infosys,
Goal:
Communicate the client's values through their own staff.

Infosys approached us to make a video and animation all about their company’s values. As a global company they wanted their employees from around the world talking about what it means to them to be part of Infosys. As a technology company their values of innovating and having a culture of learning are crucial to how the brand is perceived by their clients. A company values video was an obvious way to increase employee engagement!

How we combined animation and video in this company values video

The animation

Company Values

The animation was digitally hand-drawn motion design covering their; vision, value and mission. It explains how their values and technology fits together. As the video concept was all about people and company values we choose to use the humanistic look of hand drawing. The continuous line throughout represents their values, as it flows though the work they do in all countries. The delicate tones of the female voice over and music created a soft and thoughtful mood.

The video

Company Values

For this version we filmed staff for a day at Infosy’s London offices. The team sent footage from their offices in India, Australia and New Zealand. All the ‘brand ambassadors’ were asked the same two questions. We provided the client with versions for each country and an overall edit for each question, which had the benefit of making the content really flexible.

Company Values

Bringing the company values video together

This version consisted of the ‘brand ambassadors’ footage re-edited into chapters and embed within the animation. It used the same hand-drawn line style to flow between the chapters which reinforces their brand values.
