Our client’s projects was nominated for an award at the Indian Tech event. Yesterday, they discovered that they’d won and were invited to accept it in person. Work commitments made it impossible for our client to travel to India for the ceremony was in India. Instead, they asked us to film a pre-recorded acceptance speech.
Get the performance right
We came to their offices, and we gave them some advice about appearing on camera. With the lights and cameras were set up, we coached our client through their speech a couple of times. It’s important to get the right balance between thanking all the right people and sounding spontaneous. We liaised with the technical team at the venue in India, to make sure we had the deliver spec right, and uploaded the clip to their ftp. That evening, our client made his acceptance speech in front of several hundred people!
The client was very pleased with the way they came across on their pre-recorded acceptance speech, and with the award!
