At Napoleon Creative, we specialise in creating video and animation content that grabs attention and delivers clear messages. Recently, we worked with Capgemini on an exhibition stand video to bring one of their static graphics to life. We faced a tight timeline to deliver for the Farnborough Airshow.
The Brief
Capgemini’s graphic told the story of an executive making a sustainable air journey to attend the Farnborough Airshow. Air travel comes with sustainability challenges, and Capgemini wanted to highlight ways to reduce CO2 emissions. The graphic offered a basic outline, but our task was to dive deeper and create an engaging animation for the stand.
Our Approach to the Exhibition Stand Video
Since the exhibition stand animation would play without sound, we ensured the story was told through text on screen. We added a timeline at the bottom to show the executive’s journey from San Diego to Farnborough. The timeline marker moved forward as she progressed, giving viewers a sense of where they were in the story and how much was left. This encouraged attendees to stay and watch.
The Results
The exhibition stand animation was a hit. Visitors appreciated the smooth loop of the animation, and Capgemini loved how it aligned with their branding. The animation kept people engaged and made the stand stand out.
By visualising these ideas, we helped Capgemini inspire conference attendees to consider how implementing new technologies can improve sustainability within their organisations. The animation effectively communicated Capgemini’s message while reinforcing their leadership in providing cutting-edge solutions that help companies reduce their environmental impact and improve their sustainability ratings.
We’re proud to have helped Capgemini communicate their message with an informative and captivating animation. They love us for our bid video!
Be sure to get in touch if you’d like us to make an exhibition film for you. We’d make sure it steals the whole show!
